Then ‘Add Standard TCP/IP printer Port Wizard’ box will appear and in the ‘Printer Name or IP address’ type the network printer host name. Click on ‘Next’ and select ‘Finish’.
Installing printer driver included with Windows
In the ‘Install Printer Software’ wizard box, select the printer manufacturer and printer model and click on ‘Next’. Then on the ‘Use Existing driver screen’ select ‘Keep existing driver’ and click on ‘Next’. Now another ‘add printer wizard to use existing driver may appear. Then on the ‘Name your printer’ field rename the printer. Select ‘Do not share this printer’ on the ‘Print test page’ screen. Then a ‘Completing add printer wizard’ will appear and click on ‘Ok’.
If the printer driver is not included with the Windows operating system, then click on ‘Have a Disk’ in ‘Install printer software’ wizard. Now the ‘Install from disk’ dialogue box will appear and select the drive that contain printer driver. Then a list of printer will be displayed, select the correct printer from the list. On the 'Add Printer‘ wizard box name your printer. Then follow onscreen instruction to install the driver properly into the system.
