Error message “No Network Connection”

This issue may be caused because the wireless router is not assigning an IP address to your computer. You can check for any static IP address in your network settings. In that case change the status to: “Obtain IP automatically”. Select the appropriate wireless connection and select properties tab to uncheck the option “enable IE authentication”. After completing these steps if the issue persists restart the computer and start connecting to the network.

Longer Time to connect

Some the connection to the Internet will take long time or a message will be displayed saying it is taking more time than usual. This may be caused due to some error in the physical connection. You can fix this by checking the connection of the adapter in your laptops USB port. Even you can reinstall the driver for the adapter and then restart the computer to fix the issue.

Error 211

Error 211 is caused due to file corruption in the USB adapter’s driver. The fastest way to fix this issue is to manually reinstall the driver for the adapter you are using. For this click on START>> “Run” then type “devmgmt.msc” to open the device manager console. In other drivers select 802.11 g WLAN and change the status to update drivers. After changing the status you can insert the driver disk and complete the installation. You can also download the latest version of the driver and install it to fix this issue.
