The leading networking organization from Taiwan, D-Link Corporation, as we all know has been making big in the networking business. Apparently, the networking expert has become vocal about its first wireless router, D-Link DIR-645, which will be featuring the patented SmartBeam technology. According to the company, the SmartBeam technology will help in eliminating the glitches involved in using wireless connectivity.
This technology helps in providing a seamless and interface free wireless connection by checking the signal strength of multiple connected devices. In a layman's term, this technology enables a stable connectivity.
The all new D-Link DIR-645 router has been given a cylindrical design that comprises of a total of 6 antennae, which help in locating the wireless client devices easily. Moreover, the router also focuses on a direct beam on devices that report a poor signal strength.
This SmartBeam technology not only helps in removing the blackspots but also helps in increasing the speed of the devices connected to the wireless network. All this is done by increasing the signal quality and by removing the interference from other networks.
"We love pushing the boundaries of design to ensure the consumer has the best possible experience, and could be more innovative than an intelligent router that identifies where wireless devices are and provides a better signal? Inspired by beamforming technology, the result is that consumers can now benefit from technology which was previously reserved for enterprise-grade applications," claimed D-Link's Andrew Mulholland at the launch.
The router D-Link DIR-645 comprises of all the extensive features that are required to provide maximum speed and a seamless connectivity without any sort of glitches on the network. This SmartBeam-enabled D-Link DIR-645 router is available at an exciting price of £80.
