DNS cache pollution

Another issue is the incompatibility with BIND configuration files and the lack of support for DNS wildcards. Loose Wildcarding can be enabled in order to fix this issue. The wildcard record can be created by DNSCMD command line tool.
When the hosts are not updating the reverse zone, ensure that NIC are configured to register their IP in DNS. There can also be a mismatch between domain controllers. Check whether reverse zone is ‘AD-integrated’, and Zone Transfers tab are allowed. Check DNS servers listed on the 'Name Servers' tab. Make sure that zone transfers are taking place.
