When the LEDs began to blink, you can release the reset button. The machine is restored to its default settings and turns on automatically within few seconds. After this, the password of your machine is automatically set to ’1234′ and if you want to change it, you can change it as the system restarts. Sometimes the router does not restart automatically, and then you have to disconnect and reconnect the power supply.

Access and login issues are another set of problems you may encounter. Sometimes you maybe unaware of the default IP address of your router. The default address is 192.168.1.1. If you change your IP address and forget it, this means you have to find a default gateway for your computer to recover it. The default IP address of your gateway must be the IP address of your router. If you were a DHCP client, then you can find your IP address from the DHCP server.
